How I study Englis

My best way to study English is to communicate with heritage English speaker. Off course, to learn the English words is important thing to study English. However, when I think why I study English, Answer is to learn about some country and their culture speaking English and to communicate with heritage English speaker. So, why should I communicate people who live other country which speaks English? In the recent future, the world will be one which means borderless. I think the first step of being one is communication and we have to study language each other.
